Returns & Exchanges

At WOLFpak, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5-7 business days of arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
